Lyla Graddy
Lyla been a licensed cosmetologist since 1968. Her career has included being a salon owner; a partner at Carpet! Carpet!, running 4 locations in Chesterfield, Noblesville (Carpets by J. Michael), Marion, and Muncie; a director with Mary Kay Cosmetics; and co-owner of a real estate office in Yorktown and a home improvement company.
In 2005 she opened Lookworthy Face and Body Retreat, growing it from a small permanent cosmetics business to a full medical spa. Her passion for people has made business ownership her forte. She also has a passion for mentoring staff and fellow women in the beauty profession.
As the Lookworthy owner, she believes in the value of education for the spa business and strives to make sure Lookworthy is up to date with the newest treatments and products. She is proud of Lookworthy's status as the only spa in the state of Indiana carrying the Lucrece and Bio Jouvance product lines.
Lyla is passionate about furthering her business and esthetics knowledge. "Providing education for our staff to be knowledgeable is something I make sure of," she said.

Amanda Brena
Amanda is our Spa Coordinator and a Licensed Esthetician. She is certified in Microblading, Dermaplane, Microneedling and Hydrafacial! She also offers facials, massages, waxing and lash lifts. She loves to help clients feel the best and pamper themselves!
Mandy is married to her wonderful husband, Jason and has 3 amazing kids-Alexis, Carson and Jordyn! She loves anything skincare, camping, shopping and spending time with her family! Clients compliment Mandy on her customer service and her knowledge! We are so glad to have her here at Lookworthy!
Savannah Zello
Licensed Esthetician/Lash Artist
Savannah is a Licensed Esthetician and a Lash Artist! She is certified in Lash Extensions, Dermplane and Hydrafcial! She also offers massages, facials, waxing and more!
She has 2 fur-babies and an incredible husband!
Savannah loves to help other feel beautiful and confident in their skin through her amazing services!

Dr. Timothy Gillum
Lookworthy is pleased to offer both surgical and non-surgical medical services and consultations through Dr. Timothy Gillum, Lookworthy’s Medical Director and head of Gillum Facial Plastic Surgery.
Hailing from Texas, Dr. Gillum received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science and Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas-San Antonio.
Dr. Gillum’s interest in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery developed during his five years of training in Head and Neck Surgery at The Ohio State University. Following his residency he opted for a year of specialized training through the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Indianapolis, Indiana.
He is now a well-respected leader in facial plastic surgery practicing in Marion, Indiana, with a focus on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the head, neck, face, nose and eyes. He specializes in age management through chemical peels and laser resurfacing, and he also frequently performs sinus surgery and operates on cases of pediatric congenital defects, skin cancer, and scars.
