Lookworthy is dedicated to providing a peaceful environment for everyone. As a result, cell phones must be turned off during your visit. In addition, NO SMOKING is allowed for the comfort and health of all our guests.

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork.

Gift certificates are available for purchase for any service and in any amount, the perfect treat for a special someone in your life.

Gratuity is never expected, always appreciated.

Prices are subject to change. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and CareCredit.

Lookworthy Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We understand that sometimes things happen and life gets in the way! We try to be as flexible as possible. With that in mind:

If you book an appointment with us and do not show up or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of scheduled time:

To reschedule with us, we will require a deposit equal to 50% of your service price. This deposit will be applied to your service amount.

In the event of another no show or late cancellation:

The deposit may be forfeited, up to the discretion of the spa. Any reschedule after this would require 100% down payment to book a service.

 Sanitation and Safety Policy

Lookworthy adheres strictly to state, local and professional guidelines when it comes to sanitation and safety. It is of utmost importance to us to protect the safety of our guests and our team. We implement the following guidelines:

  • We sanitize all surfaces and tools after each use. We sanitize surfaces throughout the day such as door knobs, credit card machines, pens, phones, restrooms and heavy traffic areas.

  • All linens are washed after EVERY client.

  • We dispose of our single-use tools after EVERY client.

  • We use Barbicide, hand sanitizers, anti-bacterial hand soaps, disinfectant wipes and sprays.

  • We have a strict no fever or illness symptom policy for our guests and our team.

  • Face masks are available to our team and our guests upon request.

  • Services are provided in private rooms away from other guests.

  • We offer online gift certificate purchases. We also can ship products and take payment over the phone.

  • These guidelines will be updated at any time as Lookworthy sees fit due to current illness rates and concerns.
